  • The Salina Family YMCA offers youth sports for youngsters beginning in preschool. With an emphasis on learning and sportsmanship, the Y has programs for soccer, T-ball, flag football, basketball, swimming, gymnastics, volleyball, softball and karate. Salina Parks & Recreation offers youth leagues for basketball, baseball, softball, soccer & volleyball
  • Salvation Army offers a multi-community, full-pad youth football program for grades 5-7.
  • Salina Soccer Club has teams of all ages that compete in area leagues. A new multi-field soccer complex is currently being constructed in Salina, paving the way for local or multi-community league play.
  • Knights of Columbus offers coach-pitch baseball for youth ages 6-8
  • The First Tee is a golf program designed for youth. It is offered every summer at a variety of levels. A par-3 course offers youth the opportunity to play the game in a family-friendly environment.
  • Salina Aquatics Club offers competitive swimming instruction for youth from grade school through high school.
  • Other sporting opportunities such as tennis, swimming, gymnastics and track are offered through a variety of local sources, some year-round and others in the summer months.
