The Infant Child Development team assesses infants and toddlers for development disabilities, makes treatment recommendations and provides treatment. Children birth to age 3 with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Down’s syndrome, congenital abnormalities and many other diagnosis are treated by a team of physical, occupational and speech therapists, early childhood education teachers, social workers and paraprofessionals.
At the Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in the Salina Medical Arts Building, health center staff treat outpatients with traditional complaints of pain, weakness and loss of motion, but also specialize in occupational and sports medicine.
